This is a blog about improving my spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well being through exercise, eating right, and being healthy.

This is NOT a blog about "getting a gap between my thighs", "bitching cause I binged on 2 pretzels and a chunk of chocolate", "being so fat wanting to die", etc. I love my curves but really need to get into shape to prevent further medical problems.
